    Tony

  • Hey Tony :)

When you say add gelatin can I add the meat of the aloe plant as the gelatin? I will definitely try the replanting the top part of the carrot. Great tip as usual :)

  • no I mean the knox gelatin or the beef or porcine based gelatins---these mak a huge impact on the uptake

  • wow... i am subscribing

  • Definitely---you do not know where your stuff is coming from where it is being stored or how it is being handled---better safe then sorry

  • great video. you suggest peeling the carrots to reduce exposure to pesticides, etc, but if we use organic, should we still peel?

  • @buddhasizedguy organic is alll relative to where and who is growing the stuff --if you grow it and don't add anyting to it other then minerals and bacterial culture that I would wash well with gse and or iodine and use but if it is coming from another destination and potentially another country -peel it--organic means carbon base-not clean or chemical free--I can pee pooh and spray and the plants are still carbon based-so don't get caught with this-3 definitons of organic and only one is clean

  • hahaha well it was short lived

my producer came down and we ran out of film...but we will be back on again soon I hope

  • no worries enjoy

  • Right on, Many Thanks Tony You're the man

  • Hi - good to see you back again. Looking forward to learning something new.

Tony - could you do a vid on depression and anxiety - would be greatly appreciated by many. Cheers :)

  • Why not....your the kitchen alchemist ..expand on what you see this is not about following but going to the next level...your level eh

will help if you need to but part of the fun is utilizing and discoverying what you see in your own observations...use these as a guideline and go from there

    good idea by the way

  • So this straining/blending process can be done with any vegetable/fruit that you used right? I did it this morning with beet/carrot/pineapple and a few greens and it worked, but it is ok to do this with any and every vegetable/fruit?

  • hahahahahahha

you are justt sooooooo jealous I did not break in your kitchen hahahah

  • Oh my goodness look at all the mess! That's what you were trying to make my kitchen look like... Looks like we got you out of NZ in the nick of time! hahahaha
