i think is buy a sled before i put tracs on my quad these tracs look like they throw snow on you the whole time and ther not fast and that is alot of moving parts they would be expensive to fix all the time im guessing but cool idea if nothing else
Good theory, but not really useful considering the complication, cost and constant snow storm. Yes it improves flotation in deep snow, but not as well as a true snow machine, and only a little more than running tires in the snow.
All depends on how deep the snow is i mean if it comes past the top of your wheels when yea get a snowmobile but i mean halfway or less keep atv up to you to get tracks if you really want them
I have one and there a Blast! I never get Stuck, it's a tank and Fast too! Mine is a Cam-Am 800cc unit. I Ride all summer in the sunshine and in an hour I can have the track kit on for the worst snow storm. I love it!
I think I would put the quad up for the winter, and buy a real snowmobile! Looks like,,,,To many pieces,,,,,,To many parts,,,To heavy,,,And you would freeze with that snow storm they put out!! "Love that slow-mo thumbs-up at the end" YEA DUDE!!!
