Intercepting passwords on a network

Okay so I have a problem, all the passwords that come up are in hash. like numbers and stuff. So i try to send to cracker and it only gives me the option to use MS-CASHEv2. so i open it up and everytime it says 0 hashes loaded. do you know hwo to fix this?

it always depends on how big is the network! And with that I don't mean how much routers, I mean just what is your netmask. This decides how many PCs could be in your subnet and only them are able to attack with ARP poisoning.

BTW there are way to prevent this on the switch, because this is the main device which could controle this kind of communication.

P.S v=1.9 is because the password is encrypted with an SSL Certificate and it's not so simple to get those! You can't crack it either...You have to fake the SSL cert in the first place.
