After giving it a whirl I can say that you might have found the only place for that to work. Maybe Ayame's boss fight can work depending on whether or not you can cling to the ceiling. Holding arrows works most consistently compared to shurikens I find for this glitch.

@jai0 could be tenchu 3 wrath of heaven running on pcsx2, but thats just a guess ... if the guy is recording a tv with external camera is doing great
