I only know the codes for the worlds shown in the vid.... (didn't know there were more). Perhaps you have a newer version with more codes.... Try your luck with google, hope you'll find it!

i have all the codes at 3.54. if you have the correct version of the game (3.5 and maybe older) they'll work... for world 2 type 637 at ata1, 1236 at ata2 and 12624 at ata3...
