Sunog tuloy ang kinalabasan. tsaka bakit nyo ginisa sa sizzling plate? marunong ba kayo gumamit ng sizzling plate? cguro hindi.

  • @carbonsteoroxcide , pre may lasa din naman ang white onions, masarap din, basta yung siguradong fresh bilhin mo. kapag matagal na kasi di na malasa yung w. onion.

  • 1.Did you use the same plate as the Raw Pork face to place he cooked pork on?

    2. Did you let the pork cool down first before placing inside the liquid marinade?

  • 3. Do you cook it over the stove pan on high with out oil or butter?

    4. is it black do to the marinade, cooked on high causing high smoke heat build up do to not using fat such as oil, lard, or butter?

    5. Is it better to mix the onions with the cut up meat togather in a bol. So the small pan can sizzle evenly for the meat and onion crisp up nicely?

  • dapat nga may margarine muna yung plate. pede rin samahan ng cicharon, yung pritong balat ng baboy. saka yung pinaka kulang yung atay ng manok, yun nagpapalasa dun at yung utak ng baboy sana.

  • i just tried this recipe out and was pleasantly surprised at how authentic it tastes. it reminds of the sisig i used to have in the bars around manila. i had to just liempo (pork belly) for it it's a lot easier to obtain here in sydney. i also added pork mince that i had to toast for a while before adding in the onions as well as two eggs plus the chili. yum.
