Hey kane, when you take white flood how many days per week would you say you use it, and how many weeks before a break? I think I remember reading in some past body building forum posts where you used it for pretty lengthy periods of time. Did you ever experience anything negative from that or any kind of "adrenal" fatigue/problems that people talk about.
How did you develop your jumping power? I can jump pretty (respectably) high myself, but that's freaking sick...
And second, what do you think of CC? Trying to follow it on my "rest" days (I hate rest days) but injured my wrist, so I have to take it a bit slower I guess...

Yikes - that horizontal pullup is like an illusion. I'm going to run the video through a video processor and look for the strings that must be tied to your ankles somewhere somehow. Unreal ! : - )
Great video Timba, I use to do those wide grip deadlifts, I would add upright rows after I couldn't do anymore deadlifts, then after I couldn't do anymore upright rows I would do shrugs. All this without putting the bar down, talk about intense. Give it a try and let me know what you think. Take care.

Not sure. I just did it because it was there without much warmup. I think the last time I did box jumps was about a year ago... when we measured, it was 52"
@timbahwolf similar here i do cycling 3x a wk at least 50-60miles im trying to mix it up with running and frog jumping now but not much ... Would you ever go Body Builder status and compete in Mr Olympia ?
