I find that if you truly care about your body and health you can have the will power to carry on a lifestyle without carbs. I don't eat carbs regularly and drink lots of water with fruits, vegetables, fish, nuts, and every now and then soy and I feel better than when I eat carbohydrates and other kinds of protein. I don't count carbs or calories because I already know that most of the choices I make will be the better of me.
Aspatame is evil, it is poison. Carbs that are whole grain should not be excluded from the diet. White carbs, however, are garbage. So, try brown whole grain rice and wild rice instead of white. Try spelt bread rather than white bread.
i love these nutrition videos... i havent eaten white bread or processed foods in soo long, i eat a lot a lot of fruits and protein, but i also occasionally have a treat like dark chocolate almonds or bits of chocolate.. damn chocolate, i can't seem to get rid of the excess fat stored in my thighs! exercise just gives me more muscle lol
@bosyeux2 if you have a carb limit you're trying to stay under yes it can be very stressful. aside from worrying if you eat this you might go over your limit, there is also stress associated with just wanting to eat
Hi Ruth, do I need to take out white rice & white bread completely? Can I limit the amount I eat or even eat half of what I usually take in? thank you.
what can I do if its at night when I feel more hungry? lets say that during the day Im ok w/my diet but at night everyting changes.... Ijust feel like I want to eat.
Thanks for educating viewers about nutrition this video is amazing. Its absolutely true that the fiber in fruits/veggies has enough bulk to make your meals satisfying. also modern food (junk) is made to be addictive, it also dulls your taste buds , making (whole) healthy foods taste bland. I've been free from processed and refined foods for a year now and the results are incredible. Never felt or looked this good before.
