As Tyson said, intimidation was one of his his main game plans and that if you can intimidate an opponent before the fight he's lost before he even steps into the ring. He tried to frustrate Wlad and then hit him with the counter, he just didn't counter anywhere near enough, he didn't throw enough punches and Wlad held the centre of the ring really well.
Haye could still do well in the current h/w, but I believe Wlad/Vit are just too good for him.

As Tyson said, intimidation was one of his his main game plans and that if you can intimidate an opponent before the fight he's lost before he even steps into the ring. Klitchko did a sterling job of adopting Tysons methods during this interveiw and it obviously worked when it came to the fight.

@quezcatol That's why I said the problem was how Haye acted 'before' the fight. If we ignore that and just look at the fight I don't think Haye did THAT bad. He tried to frustrate Wlad and then hit him with the counter, he just didn't counter anywhere near enough, he didn't throw enough punches and Wlad held the centre of the ring really well.
Haye could still do well in the current h/w, but I believe Wlad/Vit are just too good for him.
