I was so inspired and intrigued by his wisdom that I immediately rented El Topo and was blown away. His intuition and mystical insight is truly magical, better than any therapist I've seen. I myself have been ill and discouraged for some time, and I wish that I could get a full tarot reading from him to restore my creativity. I may have to go to Paris.

For the sake of accuracy I am writing the original quotation by Lame Deer, as I have come across it while reading his biography 'Lame Deer, Seeker of Visions', written by John (Fire) Lame Deer and Richard Erdoes. My apologies for the translation in the video but this kind of thing normally happens when back-translating to the original and I didn't have the original quotation then. It goes like (p 75):
