This video is of no value at all. Assuming that it doesn't work in theory doesn't mean it doesn't work in practical cases. I would like to see a real analysis.
I don't know much,,, but i will tell you a case where light really did heal something.
When i got nail fungus on my big toe nails,, i realised fungus does not like light. so every night before i went to bed or right after a shower, i took the Strobe Flash from my 35mm SLR camera and flashed my toe nails at point blank range 4 ot 5 times ,, the fungus died and within three months my toe nails grew back clear..
