I think she was just having A LOT of fun w/ her fans!:) But if she did drink she isn't underage and she can if she wants. She said in an interview before the party that she was going to celebrate w/her mom and sister and friends. She was very happy so I don't think she was drunk. But I'm so proud of her! Carrie is natural high! She always acts crazy like that. She didn't have an ear piece so it was harder to be dead on but she sounded 110% better than I would be plus it is maybe midnite and she's been going all day. Carrie is so freakin awesome.
