It sounds a lot like a KISS song.
What I mean by that is that it sounds like Judas Priest COVERING a KISS song...

I'm not saying they actually did, or that they would, but rather this song just sounds like a kiss song to me.
And just for the record, Judas Priest did cover the Joan Baez song "Diamonds and Rust", and they sure aren't in the same genre :P
