raven: Canned cat/dogfood is the standard diet many Tiliqua breeders have been feeding for decades without issues. A few of the food items you noted(bananas in particular) are bad as they have a terrible Ca:P ratio. Fact is skinks do just fine on dog food(supp'd with calcium/D3 on occasion).

that isnt really good for them, if you ARE going to feed then cat/dog food you should use the fresh mince kind with less preservatives and salt.  i also buy canned snails fow mine and make sure to feed them fruit and veg too, they like strawberries and bananas and apple etc.
