hey just a word of advice you could have only used one resistor by hooking up the parallel array of leds to the resistor in series then to ground so it go + resistor then leds in parallel then ground =]

What do you do with the soldering iron because I dont think you went that thorough into that part. Also, how do you get the resistors to connect because i am sort of new at this.

@zipitman1 you get the resistors to connect through soldering them with the soldering Iron. I didn't go to in depth with it because it's a really long process.

@camra93 Resistors resist the current of the LED circuit. If you would to hook up one LED straight to the battery without a resistor it would shine super bright for only a few seconds or possibly blow out instantly. Resistors are a great way to evenly distribute the power, protect the LED, and efficiently use the maximum battery life of the battery.

hey make another layer of foam board and draw a design on on it and cut it out then paint and get a clear plastic cover to put on it

@camra93 Adding the styrofoam and plastic cover will make it cooler. I added it later to the design. At 2:58 you can see the plastic cover I used but I didn't talk about it in the video because I thought it would go over $10 dollars.
