It flat out tells them that if "THE LAW" becomes the law then following it holds no meaning. Also it is implied throughout the text that you have to obey "THE LAW" of your own free will in order for it to be valid.

How right he is about the tax breaks for children and churches. I know a poor couple that had kids and couldn't wait to get their tax break its all they talked about. They had no money and shouldn't be having kids. Why r these people getting tax breaks for being irresponsible? When I am going to college and using birth control and working full time. Where the hell is my tax break for being a responsible 20 year old women.

Second, it's people's choice to smoke pot; whether that's a good or bad thing, that depends.

And finally, try to remember that what you state is YOUR opinion. Don't try to convince us that your way is right or good. If you think so, that's your opinion. We don't care that you drink fermented booze or go to church.

@milekrizman Do you realize that alcohol is addictive, dangerous to the psyche and causes physical damage to the body but marijuana is absolutely non-toxic, has benefits to the psyche and is has medicinal qualities for a host of ailments.

BTW, to consider medication ONLY for seriously ill people will CAUSE more seriously ill people. Some medicine prevents illness. True, as a nation, we are over-medicated, but this isn't the choice of the consumer, this is a money-making choice of doctors.

FYI, marijuana is the ONLY thing that controls my chronic bronchitis and prevents my migraines. Since being able to breathe properly makes me healthier, marijuana improves my health. NOT having excruciating pain and projectile vomiting is also healthier for me, so marijuana is a benefit there too.

@milekrizman Well... Consider this. 400,000 die a year from diseases attributable to tobacco. 50,000 die per year from alcohol (be it DUI's, liver disease and all such things...). Not one has ever died directly as a result of smoking marijuana, and in fact, it's been proven time and time again that the effects are beneficial (stress relieving, fun, and a god-send for glaucoma and some cancer patients).

@sonykroket Why You Americans and the rest of the world are so obsessed with drugs? I was drinking beer, although I do not anymore for health reasons. Go exercise, read a book, work in a garden, talk to your woman and children... There are many things to do in free time beside taking drugs. I like clean and healthy lifestyle. I drank some beer, only on rare occasions, usually when I ate a lot. But beside that I do not take any drug. But You Americans are just too big pussies to do that..
