  • Love the Sweet Georgia Brown riff around 3:00

  • I saw these guys perform earlier today!! They were awesome!!

  • monty is one of THE great pianists talk about swing f...... hell#

  • I always thought Monty was overlooked for so many years; I'm sure that was partly because Oscar Peterson loomed so large over the world of piano jazz. Monty's version of Two Bass Hit was always my favorite, even though John Lewis wrote it for Miles.

  • ladies and gentleman... welcome to real music

  • these dudes are doin work! great stuff

  • This is AWESOME!!! Monty Alexander is so amazingly talented, and still gorgeous to boot!

    MONTY

    DANNY BOY FROM MARCIAC

  • GIANTS !!!!!!!!Monty is the last swing piano jazz player !!!! The drumer are amazing perc too!!! happy jazz !! We need more!

  • @jeff2sabbag ever heard of Gene Harris? You'll love him

  • that shits scary fast at the end

  • This is actually inspiring.

Reminds me why I love Monty so much - the first album I heard of him was Montreaux Alexander, and there's no doubt about it, this guy can swing like nobody's business.

What amazes me is how the audience can sit there so still! I couldn't stop moving in the last 8 and a half minutes!

  • Damn right ! totaly agree :)

  • Oh man, this is so good. Real music.

  • He's got the blues touch...love him...
