My favorite Herbie Movies by far were Herbie Goes Bananas and Herbie Goes To Monte Carlo, but I also love the Love Bug and Herbie Rides Again.

The 1997 Love Bug was good, but not great, and Herbie Fully Loaded was cool at first but not the type of Herbie movie to watch over and over again like the originals. It just couldn't reach the stature of the Superior 4 original Herbie movies. I sure hope the next one is more original in the next 10-20 years.

When I was a little girl, I loved Herbie! I bought practically all of the series of Herbie, and I would watch them over and over again until my eyes gave out. I understand Herbie comes from another generation long ago, but it just goes to show you that there are still sparks in this world that light the love and excitement of Herbie. I miss watching Herbie. I think I'm going to go look for the tapes now! Thanks Love Bug! <3

The end songs great though I found it to be better when at the same time I saw the out zoom of San Francisco (even if that may have been a painting). If I were to watch the original Love Bug it wouldn't be just racing but it'd also be the cars, the scenery, and the music that'd really make this film good. Same goes for Herbie Goes to Monte Carlo and its kinda funny when you go to read that Brunos 917 was really a VW Bug with a bodykit.

Been looking for a decent copy of the ORIGINAL theme for a while now. Any "homemade" copy I have found taken from the movie always had the racing noises in the background. This is so cool. I will be buying a software program soon that will allow me to convert video to audio files. I plan on converting a lot of stuff I have downloaded off Youtube to audio format-including this.
