As for this being a 'crime,' well, there are real crimes and procedural crimes. Trespassing on tracks hardly makes you the next Bernie Madoff or Charlie Manson.... Some of you holier-than-thou types need to get a grip on reality.

Around here, anybody, caught tresspasing on rairoad property face the wrath of the Union Pacific police. They're already pissed at dealing with illegal aliens.
