I admire those who want to work for Disney but chances are very low because they don't really hire anymore. The best animation company to get into today in America would be Pixar and Dreamworkers. You can always make your own animation company but you will only be making short films until you get quite a few people to work for you.
One this I always got afraid of was drawing the character on one page...and forgetting how to draw it the next, but i can see theres a bit of transparency so you can still get the drawing correct.
These are the most useful videos i've seen in a while. Mostly you just see repeats of the same information over and over (like how to animate in MS paint). This on the other hand tells me things I don't know but would be vital to a career in animation, I applaud you for your work.
