My friend and I have some foreign neighbors that have been very nice. HOWEVER, our apartment has families and a lot of older people living in it. So it is a very quiet and respectful complex. Then these people moved in below us, and it wasn't just that they moved in, but they started moving in furniture for 3 days starting at 8pm, which would have been fine, but they didn't finish until going into 2-3 in the morning some nights! They got so many complaints around the complex, it's not funny!
Why don't you just ask him niceley to turn it down I had a bitch neighbour take revenge on some thing I would have gladly stopped at the time if he would have asked but instead he got his ass kicked
You know there is a problem when you can tell what movie your neighbor is watching just by the sound coming through the walls. I have pretty shitty neighbors too but not in the same way you do. My neighbors are just crazy.
where i live the neighbors call the cops at every lil sound from my place it can be a min tell we have to not be so loud and thay will call the cops even in the middlel of the day thay will call the cops even if me and my guy are haveing a lil fight nothing bad nothing to loud but thay will call the cops all the time thats want pisses me off stop calling the cops all the time its like 4 am now and every one else is sleeping

I use to have a neighbor that would blast country music...luckily I couldn't hear it from the bedroom...only the bathroom and the kitchen. However I remember at least once making a complaint when I could hear it. Get headphones people seriously...best invention since sliced bread...that way you can rupture your own eardrums in the privacy of your own apartment until your hearts content or until you lose your hearing whatever comes 1st. As for roomies, talk about these issues beforehand.

I had such awful "neighbors", I paid $250 to move to another apartment! I can usually tolerate a bit because apartments always have paper thin walls and floors, but these neighbors would party in the pool until 3am! My bedroom was about 15 feet from the pool and there was a sidewalk next to my bedroom window...not fun! Now, I'm happier since I moved to the back of the complex next to the landlord. Love it! Best $250 I ever spent.

we had the same problem with the whole blaring the music problem. So my mom desided that if they want to share there music with us, we might as well share it back. Where I live the law is that if the noise is to loud ad can be heard passed 100ft or if it goes before 9:00am or passed 22:00 you can call the cops and the stereo or all the equipment will be seized as well as the possibility of a nice fine.
If that does not work you can try sending around a petition to all the Neighbors to see if you can get him out of the building.
Call the police if its past 10 P.M. Most places have a noise ordinance where you have to be quiet after a certain time. Or complain to the owner of the building

I live in a duplex and the neighbors just moved so I don't have to worry about me making too much noise and usually there is music or the tv on here so their general noise never bothered me. I have a strong belief in treating others how you would like to be treated. Which is equally worse to your problem is neighbors that complain to the landlord about every little thing you do. I think that you should bring this problem to the landlord's attention.

I feel ya girl. I have a nieghbor from hell. Its a 40 yr old women who lives next door. She has loud sex next door in her room soooo fucking loud that i have had to throw shoes to get her to be quite> thats not all she smokes outside my door and leaves tons of cigaette butts all over. I had such awful "neighbors", I paid $250 to move to another apartment! I can usually tolerate a bit because apartments always have paper thin walls and floors, but these neighbors would party in the pool until 3am! My bedroom was about 15 feet from the pool and there was a sidewalk next to my bedroom window...not fun! Now, I'm happier since I moved to the back of the complex next to the landlord. Love it! Best $250 I ever spent.

My upstairs neighbors, and my downstairs roommate (unfortunately) do the same thing. They just have no consideration for anyone in the house, and they never do dishes either! AHHH! I have theses Neighbors who live five doors down from us as of late has started to play his guitar/music as loud as it can go late at night starting sometimes at 9:00 all the up into late into the night I've already called the cops on him two times but he seems to not care. you may have to call the cops on your Neighbor.

we had the same problem with the whole blaring the music problem. So my mom desided that if they want to share there music with us, we might as well share it back. She put in her bag pips and blared the music to them and now we don't have the problem anymore, so no more merryochi music. ( i can't spell to save my life lol)

I have had so many neighbors who play their music/TVs all day and night and then have very loud and crazy sex at all hours of the day and night. It's extremely rude and annoying. So I can understand your frustration; because I too have experienced it far too many times myself.
I just got into the habit of banging on the walls when someone is being annoying and that sometimes makes them get the point. This works really well during sex! Ha Ha!

Where I live the law is that if the noise is to loud ad can be heard passed 100ft or if it goes before 9:00am or passed 22:00 you can call the cops and the stereo or all the equipment will be seized as well as the possibility of a nice fine.
If that does not work you can try sending around a petition to all the Neighbors to see if you can get him out of the building.

I live in a duplex and the neighbors just moved so I don't have to worry about me making too much noise and usually there is music or the tv on here so their general noise never bothered me. I have a strong belief in treating others how you would like to be treated. Which is equally worse to your problem is neighbors that complain to the landlord about every little thing you do. I think that you should bring this problem to the landlord's attention.
