I understand why they get harassed; they're looking for it. People here talking about 'wrong brain in wrong body at birth' are sheer idiots. Transsexuals are simply attention-seeking idiots; I guess they got what they wanted in the end... Too bad they had to pass by death to get it though.

He will receive physical changes after hormone treatment and therapy, making him physically male. He is not "tricking" anyone. You're just uneducated on the subject.
