More nonsense. These are altocumulus. Normal clouds. The pattern is because of convection which self-organises into cells. Probably some gravity waves passing through as well. There are no chemtrails. There are no cloud effects from HAARP. Really, open meteorology book from 100 years ago and you can find rational explanations for all of this stuff.

One of the common name's for this particular formation is a "mackerel sky". This name comes from sailors in the late 1600's who thought these clouds looked like the scales of the mackerel fish.
