Slow the playback at the 21-23 second mark. You can see that ball skids across the grass causing it to hop twice. The final hop lands directly on the post causing the diagonal backspin. The ball at the 24-25 second mark bounces yet again nearly a yard infront of the goal-line. If you continue the playback, the ball hits the front part of the far post and with its final bounce lands nearly five yards out from the goal-line. In this case not just an unlucky bounce but four of them.
The ball has to completely, 100% go over the line to count as a goal. Physically, it would be pretty hard to bend a ball so that it hits left post, curves into the goal, only to curve back out and bounce from the right post out. It went across the line.
Thats so hard to tell I don't belive it crossed the goal line but who knows it could have just hard to tell from this angle. Thats one lucky goal keeper is all I can say.

it is across because after it hits the post it starts to go backwards deffinately a goal, plus the goalie was on the line and she reached back

If you pause the video as the ball touches the goal keeper's hand it is clearly across the goal line.
