So, she would actually be the "pedobear" in this situation, though as others have pointed out, it is an anime, NOT reality. Besides, she's a Vampire! (Dead, not alive.)

The symbolism behind her dance is very beautiful, as she loves her Werewolf companion; though knowing that (for now) she cannot truly "be" with him (yes sex, but grow up), and so she "gives herself" to him the only way she can; it is true love!

@FiresBane yeah, she has an alternate form, as a woman in her 20's with bat wings, she uses it for fighting. They explain why she doesn't just stick to that form, but that's no good reason for hanging around in various states of undress with her kiddie body. I guees it's author appeal.
