IMO She drowned the baby & was going to make it look like an accidential drowning. Then she got scared, hid the body and had 31 days to think of other stories until Cindy forced her hand 31 days later. The fact that she let her mother suffer, searching for a missing baby is proof that she is dangerous & should remain in jail until she dies.

I know there was a lack of physical evidence, but even circumstantial evidence was enough to get Scott Peterson convicted. Sometimes I think the only reason Casey was found not guilty is because she's a good looking chick.

Her looks helped. But the prosecution was really stupid to press for the death penalty with their apparent lack of evidence. For that matter they were really stupid not to settle for manslaughter out of court. This verdict really isn't even a total slap in the face to justice like the OJ case where we knew he slashed 2 people to death and all of the physical evidence was there.
