Those look so delicious! I never though of using a scoop before to put the batter in the cupcake tray. It would definitely make it easier to divide the batter equally that way. :)

Made them again this morning. Was not certain what adjustments I should make with the room at 54 F!

The dough was predictably thicker to handle, but I baked at the high end of the range for 25 minutes which worked fine.

Keep up the great work which will have to sustain me until I can get to Morroco. ;-)
