Ok guys. You have to do it on mission start from at least normal or higher difficulty. Also the skull is hard to see so when you get to that point turn on your flashlight.

You have to be on normal right, yuo need to put this on for the vidmaster annual. When you do the vidmaster will all the people doing it need the skull or will the person hwo started the game just need it.

Yes it is, you need to play the game in Normal, Heroic or Legendary. Easy will not work, the skulls will not appear.

Does the skulls effect the ordinairy campain? Because if you find the skulls before you have completed the game, you'r gonna have some trouble completing it.

Some of the skulls don't appear till you finish the campaign on at least Normal, so its doubtful you'll get them as yer normally doing the campaign. However, once ya get them, you can use them on any campaign mission on any difficulty.
