Thanks for the question... I am using 4 40 watt bulbs in generic 9 dollar Walmart fluorescent fixtures. They are 2 plant bulbs that that glow a nice reddish hue and 2 daylight bulbs from Home Depot that have a blueish hue. I use generic liquid fertilizer whichever is the cheapest and have also (gasp!!!) used Jobe'S Plant Food Spikes which seems to really really get good growth but have not repeated it because of what I have read about their composition promoting algae growth
