I was struck by the comment about being afraid to ask questions. That JUST happened. I was trying to print out one of the readings and almost went crazy. The only way to download it was to give the site full access to my Facebook account, which I didn't want to do. So, I spent a great deal of time trying to get it in some form I could print. That is one problem. I have to read it in print, which someone on the video also said. I thought it was my generation but he was quite young.
