Would you say that the jsb predator polymag is the most efficient squirrel killing pellet for the (stock) 392? What do you think is the largest animal that a 392 could realistically take down with these pellets?
That and the crow magnum. The biggest of game should be taken with a heavier pellet like the Beeman Kodiak or Eunjin Pointed pellet... Even though the Eunjin pellet weighs in at 32.4 grains it will still be traveling incredibly fast out of the 392 on 8 pumps... I know that the 392 is capable of taking game with ease such as raccoon, opossum, fox, small coyote, jack rabbit, rabbit, squirrel, etc, especially if u have a scope... Anything bigger than that a real gun with real ammo is recommended... bigtom
the owner , a local gunsmith, the manufacturer, look at my other comment, i did figure it out. in the uk you must keep you power at <12ft/lb or its classed as an illegal firearm(jailtime) its up to the owner to ensure this..as mine is 12, i want to be able to compare.
@liddy85 man thy dont give you 'jailtime' becuase they know that most of us are too lazy to go check. They fine you, maybe destroy your gun or just re-regulate it. plus if you get a licence you are allowed to own one over that anyway. however if you shoot with it on public or private property without permission, then you WILL get jailtime as it is now classed under 'tresspasing with a firearm'
@tombuffery Who woke you up? "Im too lazy" may get you off the hook once. get caught again and you will be punished , as you have no excuse. i agree there are many ways for them to punish you, sorry for giving a worst case scenario. it all depends on previous convictions and the circumstances under which the police felt your rifle needs checking. getting and then renewing a firearms licence every year is more hassle than just buying a chrono, they are not that expensive.
@MrKillermeatball believe what you will, i have been arrested with my AA .22 tx200 sub 12ft/lb and yes the police had it checked by chrono to see whether it was sub 12, as i do not hold a firearms licence. i live in the uk. check on"blackpool air rifles(airgun buyre UK)" web site under airgun laws. you will soon see you are talking shit
@liddy85 sorry I didn't specify all UK, my bad wrote it wrong. Ment field target guns no normally need to be at 12ft/lbs. And UK airguns need to be under 12 as well. Sorry didn't write it as I thought it

fps varies as well as ft/lb. he didnt say whether he used a chrono to get that value using polymags, and i doubt its exactly 685 fps with all pellets. anyway i wasnt asking you.

Dude, you just had to search for the weight of .22 Predator Polymag Pellets, and he stated the FPS that he was shooting with.

Great video, I have a Benjamin 342 .22cal & will get some of the pellets for hunting this year.
him01natl 2 years ago
Dude, if you had .177 cal it would blast right on through. But I see how the 22 cal has more Ft/ lbs, and more knockdown power.
