@helgabohemia20 actually it is true, that long distorted guitar sound sounds almost exactly like Policy of Truth. Camouflage is a band that is influenced by Depeche Mode, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that :)

Synth pop music that started in early 80s pretty much cross pollinates each other. So any music of that era sounds very similar. Camouflage started few years after DM, but has remained true to their sound. While DM evolved. I still like the 80s and early 90s sounds much better though.

Hello Astroboy! I agree with you, I heard DM quite late even it was still in the 80s. I by coincidence found Camouflage here in Sweden and got attached to their style even more because it sounds personal and poetical, not so known to all. Mainstream is boring. All the best music was made 60-90 because they got soul. Personally I stay with 80-90 too! Good one!
