My high school is doing this right now. I LOVE this song (it helps that I play Bass Clarinet, lot's of fun parts to play). The sets we use are freaking huge too... I painted most of them.

Yeah this pretty much blew. The choreography was BLAH! everyone doing the same thing at the same time. shake it up a little. also too many people were on stage. it just looked crowded

HTis musical was horiable. all the girls look alike and are horiable at singing. They are always off key. My school did this Musical in March and ours was VERY VERY VERY different. We sounded great and our Bobby looked like he could be grown not like a jr high kid. Too bad no1 recorded ours so we could show you guys what real tallent is. And it is right here in Fort Wayne Indiana

this absolutley sucks, wheres the choreography? what the hells up with those jumps over the pieces of wood? where did this performance take place. thats right the only reason im criticizing is that im moose in my play and i just dont feel you guys got the true meaning of the song with solos and better choreography

I hope you realize this is a high school performance, and only two of our students were professional tap dancers, as well as maybe three more who had a little bit of experience ...

We all learned it in a couple of months for the play, and I'd like to think we did a pretty good job for students who some might have never danced ANY style before.

We did this one too, and none of our guys were dancers and only a few of our girls were, and ours was put together way better (not personal bias.)

Seriously? They cut Slap That Bass? That's pretty depressing, if I say so myself! Slap That Bass is probably my favorite number!

It being a blast to perform probably had something to do with that, though ...

Thanks we open two weeks from today AHH. I was very depressed when they cut Slap That bass due to the solo I have in it. But It's all good, cause I sing the highest sopranoe notes and just me so I have a wee bit of a somewhat solo haha
