When I was kid and this first air my mind was fucked by how he owned 100 bad guys and there was a fucking count to prove it! The shadow ranger was my childhood hero and I always thought he kicked ass and was one of the best rangers in existence. I was really sad when this series ended. SPD will always be one of my favorite seasons.

@amusedtodeath1 kruger in the japanese version is cool, he has a deep awesome voice is just in general a badass. he really comes out as the leader of the team the veteran, and has cool little sayings. in the american version he sounds like a idiot and yells alot. and they changed his head to look bigger and dumb. its just preference I hate rpm but I love engine sentai. I just dont like power rangers in general, the original sentai is better

I always wondered who is/was the strongest Power Ranger? To me it always came down to: Tommy, White Tiger Ranger; Jason, Gold Zeo Ranger; Conner, Red Triassic Ranger; and Cruger, Shadow Ranger. No one else really comes to mind.

From my point of view both versions of Doggy/Doggie have their good and bad points like the Dekaranger version as people clam to be a muppets reject and people claim the SPD version is more like a lizard. I think the SPD Doggie is a mix between a lizard and dog but it is still cool and Dekaranger's version is not bad either. The one thing about both them is they can be funny at times.

THe Dekamaster version was way better. Let's break it down what Dekamaster vs the footage in this video:

1. Intro-"100 foes to cut down, Jigoku no Banken (Hell's guarddog aka Cerberus), DEKAMASTER!"-that's manly and badass as any declaration that you've arrived to kick ass.

2. He isn't grunting, he's growling, daring them to enter his territory and pay the price (he's a dog remember)

3. He cold-bloodedly demolishes the grunts without any fancy acrobatics.
