EuroNcap says nothing about how save it is.
There are people who died in a 5star crashtested car and some one alived in a Brilliance ;)

@MediainRes - Thats not how it works I'm afraid, and Euro Ncap have made several comments on the Urban cruiser including:
-"the Urban Cruiser, receives a disappointing three-star rating. This was due to a weak result of 58% in Adult Occupant Protection."
-"the head curtain airbag failed to prevent a hard contact of the head."
- "Structures in the dashboard presented a risk of injury to the knees and femurs of both the driver and passenger."
Satisfied?
That's not really true, in the USA crash the results are very good and also in the EURONCAP crash the cab is still perfect conditions, there are just some problems with the knee and the active safety is very high.

I wouldn't exactly call the styling "seductive" but at least it's chunky and a bit more interesting than your average small car.
