  • I know kwa is a very good company and this gun would last quite a while but I have to ask, so I might not blow up $130. Will this last multiple years? I want to start getting into the SPORT of airsoft and going to events quite a bit. I want to get some good guns and my hfc darkhawk recently broke so im looking at other guns.

  • @Taxemicshadow i would get it i just orderd it today ive been playing over a year and hopefully it will last me a while.

  • @AirsoftWorld10 sorry, i already got a gun. now im going for a computer. need to convince my parents to let me take that money that is just sitting there in the bank out to help fund me. its like $200 and it earn 2 cents a year on interest so it's not going anywhere anytime.

  • adaptive training pistol

  • the small rubber piece in the lower frame is so there is no metal on metal contact making it more reliable. a simple fix for it is to super glue it, which is what KWA recommends

  • It is the ADDAPTIVE Training pistol not the ADVANCED Training pistol

  • I'm thinking of buying this pistol. Is it worth it? Did you have any problems with it?

  • Can you put the internals of the atp slide into the G17 slide?

  • @billybrowning25 The chamber block is identical. The clyinder is different, but is completely compatible. I was able to install the ATP cylinder into my G17 and essentially upgrade it to an NS2 G17! The outer barrel on the ATP is slightly larger, and I was not able to get it to fit into the G17, however I did leave the plastic orange flash hider on the ATP barrel so that may be the issue. I could use my G17 inner and outer barrel in the ATP and it worked flawlessly.

  • Does the G17 slide fit and work on the ATP lower?

  • @TheReaperNY No. I was not able to get my G17 slide to work on the ATP. I believe it has to do primarily with the recoil spring and the rubber bumper being in a different position. I believe I used the G17 recoil spring and buffer, and that may be why as it would give less room for the proper travel of the slide. If I manually cocked it, the gun would fire once, and then I believe the G17 slide on the ATP would just release the gas from the mag because it did not properly return to neutral.
