  • Gymboss timers rule!, though I have broken the clip failry easily.

  • Since I'm new to kettlebell workouts will a 10lb weight be fine?

  • @collinsboy21 Guess its better than nothing and depending which exercises you are doing but generally for average men the 20 - 35lb range is better.

  • First of all, I love everything about what you're doing here and on your website, myomytv.com. Where can i find your bench that you be using for the side to side hop move you do?

  • @TheEbonyGreathouse Hey, thanks. It's called the Reebok Deck, so you can search for it online. I got mine in Argos here in Belfast. :)

  • Impressive! Great work.

  • Impressive! Great work.

  • @Kitty8Tim,,,Thanks for the quick reply. That's what I thought about the diet. Since you're burning 1000 calories per workout session, you can pretty much eat what you want. My girl-friend at work would like to try these work outs but she's afraid she'll get muscular. So I've been looking at kettlebell videos for females. Yours is the best. Definitely not a sissy work out. Calorie burn and fitness is what we're after. Thanks for posting your vids.

  • Hi. I love your kettlebell work outs. I started using kettlebells 6 months ago on an off and on basis just to see if I'm gonna like it. I sure did. Bought my first 40lb kettlebell. So far, I've been doing double arm swings, single arm swings. Upon viewing your videos, I tried alternating single arm swings and the squat. Wow!! What a work out. I need to buy a lighter weight kettlebell for the kettlebell snatch and press. Tell me, do you diet at all or just eat what you want? Lost weight already.

  • @u2b2b Hey, thanks for your comment, glad to hear about your progress :) I do not diet, but follow a "in moderation" approach to everything, including diet (excluding chocolate, with is always in excess haha).

  • how much should the kettlebells weigh as i am looking forward to buying some kettlebells to use in my back garden ???

  • @BabyBiigBum Hey, purple is 8kg, blue is 12kg. If you see a yellow, it's 16kg and I now used 20kg for swings. Happy Kettlebelling :D

  • @Kitty8Tim >>Wow..Impressive.

  • dragon is a tard

  • Good stuff. I love your Irish accent!

I might recommend starting your swing movements from the "hike" position. In other words, the bell sits about two feet in front of you on the ground, and you "hike" it back between your legs and begin the swing from there.

One other thing... you're a very attractive girl, but please tell me that you're not trying to be like the bodyrock.tv chick. Are you? The girl is in shape, but the filming of her stuff is almost like soft porn. Please don't be that.

  • @dragns Hey, this video is one of my older ones, I have since got A LOT better LOL! And on the BR thing, I have managed to build a successful blog, on NOT being like them :) Turns out people like REAL :D No need to lower my standards. Cheers M

  • What weights are you using?

  • It depends on technique as to whether it's bad or not for the wrists.

  • I suppose this is extremely bad for your wrists...

  • @euro99 Care to elaborate?

  • So hot!!!

  • What is the resting period you use between exercises?

  • I love your effort! I can tell you are really toughing it out and pushing through! Great vid! Keep it up!

  • Great stuff. Looking to order some kettlebells. Just had some clubbells delivered. Good workout friend.

  • Hi Kitty, I love watching your workouts - challenging and inspiring. Chucking around that 12Kg kettlebell is very tough. I couldn't get the web site to work to find out the full details but I'll check back later. Thanks.
