As im doing Aikido as well as Windsurfing I´ve had quite a bit of a hang up on the subject of Static versus "blended" non static moves. Watching a footage of him back in the early eighties really solved the knot.. My Windsurfing as well as aikido just took a giant leap each.. Before I was windsurfing like a robot, trying to do every move exactly right. Since two weeks ago i don´t care anymore if i start off doing something but end up doing something else!
