i figured out another way but it only lasts for a split second and is only good for screenshots

1 get the bright yallow armor and go to forge

2put firebomb grenades around you pick them up and throw them

3 go to theater and slow mo urself throwin the grenades and if you slo mo it at one point in time your spartan will glow only for a split second though

4 take a picture and it looks really cool!!!

I think that it is fun to walk around with shiny golden armor. But I have found that you can have sorta-but-not-really-completly­-golden armor on Sandtrap if you stand in the sun and wear yellow armor. It only works in a few places, though.
