If I am applying for more than one category do I have to mail out two completed applications/envelopes, one for each category?

u have to make a new application for each new category

*u will also notice that yor ID will change depending on the category*

OMG thats a lot!!! i did the online application BUT where can I get MY ID ??

When you submit your online application, it gives it to you. It's near the bottom, buried in the mailing address they say to send the printed copies of the application to.
