Yum! Yum! I probably would have ended up "Accidentally" eating a lot of the batter beforehand!! I am going to try this recipe out ASAP!! Homemade is always better, well...most of the time (and this oughta be one of those times!!)

When you try to make the parchment circles, fold it how you folded it but then measure on the BOTTOM of the center!
