@PeaceSignsX the software CIPA Filter blocks it too... :( but I'm going to upload videos soon showing how to shut off those programs and how to change the password of any of the net users

it is a lot easier that that. just right click on internet and a list of options will come up click run as adminastrator and when you go to the sight that was blocked It wont be. because the computer thinks you are the adminastrator.

@epicpersonable that would only be if your a host for the internet or modem... if your on wifi this wouldnt work, and if you were on a computer where you were signed on as a guest that wouldnt work either...
