  • I'm very curious about this lifestyle, have downloaded the book (not finished reading it) and am on my 3rd day. But I'm scared of losing muscle mass. The " you can eat WHATEVER you want " is a bit .... unhealthy to suggest to the general population, in my opinion. 

  • Fast-5 gets rid of the excess weight AND the obsession around food/dieting. It's soooo freeing. yea!!!!

  • how long have you been 5ing? isn't it just an amazing diet? its more like a lifestyle than a diet, but its amazing either way. did you know that it is how the monks eat?

  • For over a year now. I've gone from a size 14 to a 6. No, I didn't know monks ate this way. You are so right, it is a lifestyle.

  • 1 suggestion. In these videos about the fast-5 diet, put a link in the sidebar to the fast-5 website, the e-book or both. That'll make it easier for people curious about it.
