All of Bowe's fights and erratic training were what messed up his body, not just 2 fights with Golata. Documentary seems to kinda imply it though. Also Bowe looked just fine on the opening round of fight 2. The narration makes it sounds like someone wheeled him in and dropped him off.

When I saw the second fight, and Gulata hit Bowe low again, I thought that it was a nice gesture because Bowe was getting a bad beating, he may have gotten killed in the later have died in the later rounds, it certainly saved him from more brain punishment.

Because Bowe did not meet a guy who could controlled his style as he could controlled Holyfield's style so he was overrated, once he had met with Golota in 1992 or 1993, maybe he would have performed better, but fucking Bowe still be the loser. You think of that? Prime Bowe only stopped two c-class guys in 1993 and struggled with Holyfield, besides that, he proved nothing. Golota was an immature guy all the time, so he was stopped by 1 in later fight of his careere, lost to Lewis and never recovered from the loss, again, his style just controlled Bowe's one, once fought in 1992 or 1993, that would've been a real trail for Bowe, he could bullied smaller and elder Holyfield but never fought a guy like this, he would be shocked.

One year earlier Bowe stopped Holyfield, at least he was not too bad. For the 2nd Golota fight, Bowe trained for FIVE whole months and loose weight to 235 Ib, but he was beaten up again.

absolutely no, Ali had retired already when he came back to face Holmes, and trevor fight the same story. While Bowe was keeping fighting when he met Golota, 1st fight, besides a little bit overweight he was all right, and 2nd he was in shape but got no respect.
