hello i just wanted to ask you, based on this video i see you have tried a couple different brands, and maybe you could give me your point of view, i do nail art and im trying to expand my collection, & of all those brands u mentioned i´ve only used finger paints and the little sally´s bottles. i like how finger paints work, they last and have good colours, but do you recommend them over the other brands? which one works better? (lasts longer, looks better?) & is china glaze good? thank you!

@harrietbugg123 I have a spreadsheet that is sorted alphabetically, which is what I used to do this video. I don't store them that way though. I organize them by the color of the polish.

Where did you get your O.P.I nail polishes?

@Sunshine10708 I get them from a lot of different places. The place I used to buy from is no longer allowed to sell OPI online (OPI cracked down on who is permitted to sell their products online). Now I buy mostly from transdesign or I go to an Ulta store.

I recommend Princesses Rule by Opi and Got a Date to Knight by Opi they are gorgeous pinks! Oh and For Audrey by China Glaze which is a beautiful Tiffany Blue! And Love Letters by China Glaze which a pretty neutral nude pink color. (:(: Love the polishes!!

@LuvTheHorse1 I really like the Sephora by OPI. I have no issues with application. Some people prefer wider or smaller brushes...it's all personal preference. If you like the one you have, then you will probably like the others Sephora by OPI polishes as well.

@iwuvvvyouuu I change my nail polish twice a week...sometimes three times in a week. Plus I use different shades on my toes than on my fingers. I actually have a lot more colors now than when I made this video. I haven't worn them all, obviously, but I have gone through quite a few. My roommate borrows them too. It's like walking into a nail salon. :)

Question: how do the China Glaze work for you?

i have Solar Power in China Glaze and its very crappy coverage

China Glaze is hit or miss. I have some from them that I love, and others I hate how they apply. I don't like their neons at all. The colors look great in the bottle, but apply bad and dry to almost a matte, dull finish. OPI will always be my favorite nail polish brand.

Nope. Nail polish that looks like it's gone bad can be fixed. You can buy nail polish thinner if the polishes thicken up (these are sold at beauty supply stores such as Sally's. If the polishes separate, just shake them and they mix back up, good as new. =)

I bought a clear acrylic nail polish rack off of ebay that is mounted on my wall. It holds about 90 nail polishes, and it's great because I can see all of them, and can see the names from underneath. =)

I have never used matte nail polishes. I know that OPI just came out with a new collection of 6 matte colors, but I can't tell you how good they are since I haven't tried them.

In the first videos I did, I showed my makeup collection. Another good way to start off would be doing one of those "tag" videos where you answer questions about yourself or show your top 5-10 favorite eyeshadows, blushes, lipsticks, etc. There are tons of different tags out there to choose from. Hope that helps!! =)

AWESOME collection! Russian Navy looks a lot like OPI ink to me though. Do you like China Glaze equally or is OPI your 'holy grail' polish?

Yeah, I don't have OPI Ink, but I have seen it and it is probably very, very similar to Russian Navy. I do like China Glaze in every way EXCEPT that there is some ingredient in their polishes that I am sensitive to, and it gives me a really bad headache when I apply it. No other nail polish brand has ever had that effect on me.

OPI just came out with a new line of matte nail polishes, and one of them is Russian Navy. The green in the collection is bright though. I'm not sure how good they are, I haven't tried them yet. To be honest, I have never tried a true matte nail polish.
