Linden saying Jarome is the best player in the game isn't sth private as everyone heard it on tv. However, he just simply smiles and not mention about it and that shows a completely different meaning if he did respond to scott's question on national television.

And I agree, if Sakic and Nieds aren't playing for us in the Olympics next year, Iginla should get at least a look. I also wouldn't mind Ryan Smyth captaining the team to be honest. Both are heart and soul guys; great leaders.
