I was VERY pissed off that I'd had a bad night with the telly (no words), had to stay in coz friend with whom i was going out had other last minute plans, so I was home alone. Also, had too much wine on my own! Makes me sound like a right plonkie... I'm not!! Just had a naff night. Sorry for my language!!
After trying to watch telly all night, only to find that 95% of what was on offer was unsubtitled and the 5% which was was SHITE, I then find that this isn't subtitled either.
So, about those Dutch Black Petes (Zwarte Pieten) ... (and yes, I live in a rural small town). Never seen people dress up for that here! Only the "official" ones on the day Sinterklaas visits. They throw candy (or put you in a bag to take you back to Spain) depending on how good you were that year (talk about blackmail).
And oh, they are black because they come down the chimney (how Santa keeps his beard white, god only knows).
That bloke in black can grab me pie anytime...lol
