The ricers are just the Pep boys & AutoZone cars. ex: stick on decals, hood scoops, oversized spoilers and pointless body kits. And as you can see most of the cars in Japan have some body kits but not most do and the owners know what their doing when they modify their car's. Ricers don't know what the fuck their doing.
