i agree . Martel was a good wrestler. but remember this MARTEL made more money working for Vince in one year from salary and merch then all the years he worked for the nwa and awa. vince took great wrestlers and turned into cartoon characters but he made them very rich.

Martel was a great wrestler, in the class of Finley and Regal. They were all turned into clownish cardboard characatures by McMann.

Martel was probally one of the greatest technical wrestlers of all time, what an all round performer.

He sure was. I dont know if he ever received the notoriety he should have but I enjoyed watcing him wrestle.

Martel definitely did NOT get the notoriety he should have for how good a wreslter he was....Vince and the WWF/E didn't have the sense enough to give him a major singles title for some odd reason
