It time to start thinking sustainability and light bulbs that create a problem in the future is not sustaining it putting off the problem until later. True True, that's why it must be incentivized. In NY and MI (just to name a few) you receive 5 to 10 cents back for each bottle you return. This could be those "new jobs" Ringo talked about.
